Alex Turner has organized tenants in the district since 2016 and led the campaign that produced Rivermont's vacant-property register. He is a practical speaker rather than an inspirational one: his sessions are usually a walkthrough of a single campaign, including the parts that failed, and end with the paperwork attendees would need to start their own.
